The Work
I am James Diekman. I run Accelerate Tech, a 30-person AI consultancy based in Australia. We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner specialising in Data & AI, and we build solutions for government and enterprise clients including councils, utilities, and financial services organisations.
Our stack runs across the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot) alongside Anthropic's Claude and tools like OpenClaw. We do not just advise on AI. We build it, deploy it, and support it in production.
I have been running this company through the entire generative AI wave. We were early on Azure OpenAI, early on Copilot deployments, and now we are deep into AI agents and autonomous workflows. The work is complex, the compliance requirements are real, and the results are measurable.
What This Site Is
Every week I publish videos, blog posts, and a newsletter showing exactly how we use AI at Accelerate Tech and for our clients. Screen recordings of real builds. The actual prompts and frameworks. What worked and what did not.
I started this because I kept having the same conversation with business leaders: “We know we should be doing something with AI, but we do not know where to start, and most of the content out there is either too technical or too vague.”
This site is the answer to that. Practical, specific, from someone who is in the trenches building it every day.

The Tools I Use
Claude (Anthropic)
Primary AI for language-heavy work. Proposals, documentation, analysis, client communications. I have tested everything on the market and Claude consistently handles complex enterprise context better than the alternatives.
Claude Code
Where most of my internal automation lives. I have built custom skills for SOW generation, branded quote documents, PowerPoint decks, project estimation workbooks, and CRM integration. If there is a repeatable process in our business, Claude Code probably runs part of it.
OpenClaw
AI agent framework running on a dedicated Mac Mini in my office. It has its own Microsoft identity, accesses email, calendar, files, and APIs. Think of it as an always-on AI team member that handles daily triage and operational tasks.
Cowork
Anthropic's desktop tool for non-developers. I use it for file management, task automation, and quick workflows that do not need a full Claude Code skill.
Microsoft 365 Copilot
Client-facing deployments in the M365 ecosystem. Most of our government and enterprise clients live in Teams, SharePoint, and Dynamics. Copilot meets them where they already work.
Azure AI Foundry
Production-grade builds for clients with serious compliance and security requirements. This is where enterprise AI goes to get real.
