I'll find where AI can hand you back 5 hours a week. If I can't, you don't pay.
You apply, and if it's a fit we spend an hour on a call going through how your business actually runs and where your time goes. Then I do the analysis and send you a written report with 3 to 7 specific recommendations, each with what it costs, how long it takes to set up, and the hours it gives you back. We finish with a second hour walking through the report together and deciding what you do next. If I can't find at least 5 hours a week worth reclaiming, you get a full refund.
Apply using the short form below. I read every application myself and reply within 3 business days. If it's a yes, you get a payment link and a booking link in the same email.
We spend an hour on a call going through how your business runs day to day. I ask the questions and take notes, and I deliberately hold off on recommending anything yet.
I do the analysis and write your report. It lands in your inbox before we speak again, so you have time to read it and argue with it.
We spend another hour walking through the report together, decide what you'll act on first, and talk about whether you want help doing it.
- The 3-7 changes I'd make in your business, each with what it costs, how long it takes to set up, and the hours it saves you every week
- A map of which changes are quick wins you can make this week, and which are bigger projects worth planning properly
- A short getting-started plan, one small action a day, so the report turns into results instead of sitting in a drawer
- The financial impact in dollars: what the hours you get back are worth against what the tools cost you each month
Bring your key team members. Multiple sets of ears beats one.
The audit is $1,499 AUD. If I can't find at least 5 hours a week your business can get back, I refund the lot. The most you can lose is two hours of your time, and the average business I look at has considerably more than 5 hours sitting in email, follow-ups and manual admin.
Some clients take the report and run with it themselves, and that's a perfectly good outcome. Others get to the bigger projects in the report and ask for help building them. That conversation happens at the playback session if you want it to, and there's no obligation either way.
I read every application personally and reply within 3 business days, either with a payment link and a booking link, or a straight no with the reason.
